Stephen Strange used to pride himself on being a pragmatist, a man of science and logic. And then aliens came out of the sky in New York City and the entire world changed, and not four years later his personal world was shaken to its core. Maybe that's the reason he now found himself able to justify his latest hair-brained scheme by sending Thor and Loki back in time to stop Thanos before he ever came to Earth.
Or maybe he'd finally lost his mind.
Either way, Thor had to give up his whole universe for a better one, one where his mother is still alive and Hela is still a forgotten buried memory while the Avengers are an initiative in one man's mind rather than a team. Loki was given the chance to make right the things he now regretted.
But what does Darcy Lewis have to do with either, much less saving the entire world?
