To the minorities scattered throughout the world who practice their own form of magic, known by the Wizarding World as "nomadic magic".
The Wizarding World forbids nomadic magic users from revealing magic to non-magical individuals, threatening excessive jail time or worse to those who break their silence.
...which is kind of a problem when you're a nomadic child adopted by a non-magical billionaire.
But it's okay! Dick will figure it out! Maybe this new little brother he liberated from Little Whinging can help too?

Maybe they didn't mean to stumble across each other in the streets of London but now they have.

Ash crashes into the Pokemon Center, alone, bleeding, and desperate. Pikachu's catatonic. He tries to ignore the fact that Hunter J is after him, that he just jumped out of a moving aircraft thousands of feet in the sky, that his friends have no idea where he is, that he barely knows.
He can't let anyone know. He's not sure why, but the secret's pretty hard to hide when you're covered in blood and not the best liar.
He shudders at the fact that she's after him, now. Not his Pokemon. Rare, she said. Aura.
