After a hard day of work and a very messy breakup, y/n was walking home one evening when they spotted a rustling box. They didn’t know what to expect, but they surely didn’t expect to find a cute little robot named prototype to be inside it, seemingly abandoned by his creator.
y/n decides to take him home and act like a parent to him, only to seemingly attract his creator, who’s name is Pest, who claims to have broken things off with his partner to finally care for Prototype.
As the two of them raise the little robot, y/n starts to harbor feelings for Pest. but with rising tensions between them and their ex, Prototype growing by the day, and more, Y/n discovers that this’ll be harder than they anticipated.

Finn looked at the man in front of him. He was taller, definitely older. The years plastered onto his face. His hair was silver-blue. Navy eyes were trustworthy and patient. Finn, the ever-good agent, thrust his hand out for him to shake. “Finn McMissile. British Intelligence.”
Hudson gave him a weary smile. It wasn’t welcoming, but it wasn’t unkind either. Finn understood why he didn’t shake his hand. “You can call me Doc. There’s no such thing as formality here in this town so you better get used to it.”
