Summary
Seven years into an isolated retirement after the Battle of New York, Steve has carved out a place for himself in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. He has a best friend (his dog, Lady), a frenemy (a local black bear named Rufus), and a cabin in the middle of the woods, an hour's drive from the nearest town. As November comes to a close, he heads into town to pick up supplies and ends up with a stowaway.
Bucky hasn't had much luck over the past seven years. Disaster caused his family to move from New York to Indiana, and his life has steadily fallen apart ever since. After one too many heartbreaks, he decides to hitch his way back to the last place he remembers being happy: Brooklyn. He's in the homestretch when he finds himself stranded in a half-empty tourist town in the Catskills and decides to take a chance crawling into the back of someone's truck.

Summary
During a raid on an AIM base, the Avengers find a pair of cryotubes in a basement laboratory. When they release the men inside, they find that they are none other than the Winter Soldiers, the assassins so mysterious that most people in the Intelligence community consider them little more than a ghost story. However, as they learn more about the Soldiers, Sam and Natasha begin to suspect that the Soldiers may not have been operating under their own free will.
Soldat and Kapitan wake from cryo to new handlers unlike anyone they've encountered before. Captain Wilson and Agent Romanoff seem to have no interest in hurting them, wiping their memories, or sending them on missions. As the Soldiers adapt to this kinder status quo, they must decide how far they are willing to go to protect their new handlers from their old ones.Series

Bucky frowns. “Why are you saying it like that? The two of you literally just told me that Thor didn’t mind if people picked it up.”
“No, we told you that Thor didn’t mind if people touched it,” Barton counters. “There’s a difference.”
Bucky’s frown deepens. “So what, he lets people cop a feel but not pick it up?” he asks incredulously. “Is that an Asgardian thing? Does watching people touch his hammer get his rocks off?”

Summary
Bucky is coming out of being full Winter Soldier and is now living at Stark/Avengers Tower, where a lot of people still give him a wide berth. Steve is an artist for Stark Industries working in the tower and one day looks for a seat in the cafeteria, finding an open one at Bucky’s table, where the soldier is sitting alone as usual. Sitting there for one lunch turns into many, because hey, it's a nice spot in the cafeteria. As time continues Bucky tries to keep putting his mind back together and it suddenly occurs to him that he and Steve having lunch on a daily basis must mean something more, right? Steve is surprised, Tony is confused, Nat checks in on them, and Steve’s coworkers/friends are surprised, but the two men make it work.
