After a fight between Kendra and her step mom she runs away and decides to hide out on a roof until she feels safe enough to go home. However, that time never comes, and long after hypothermia sets in Donnie finds a very sick Kendra and decides to take her home.
OR: Kendra gets severe hypothermia and scares literally everyone but especially Donatello.

TL;DR: During a fight against a new jellyfish mutant, Splinter gets injured protecting Raph and is age reversed. Now, the turtles have to somehow convince Lou Jitsu that he's actually an old rat man who had four turtle kids.
