Summary
After a particularly rough few weeks acting as their introduction to the Delta Quadrant, the still very new crew of Voyager makes the difficult decision to settle on a habitable planet to ensure their survival. Voyager is left to her own devices to hopefully reach the families of her crew someday. The only problem with this arrangement is no one bothered to inform the EMH.
Really I just wanted to do a character study of a very person-dependent character when I put him in situations where he would be on his own.

Summary
Uzi wouldn’t be able to physically keep the Solver away from its core forever. Her powers were on the fritz, and the Solver’s own lack of using them was telling. She had no weapons. The black hole’s warped gravity was pressing outward, denting the metal scaffolding beneath their feet the longer they stood there.
This was not a fight she was going to win. Not alone.
