Summary
When it comes to heroes the general consensus is that you need a powerful Quirk. For the most part, that remains true. The world's best all have powerful Quirks. However, some are born stronger than others. A lesson that Izumi Midoriya learned quite early as a child. People didn't understand her Quirk and the mutations it came with only unnerved everyone she interacted with. Despite that, all she wants to do is help people. After a particular incident, her idol offered to become her mentor. With it came his power. Or at least, that was the plan. Neither of them expected what would actually happen when Izumi inherited One for All on the day of UA's Entrance Exam.

Summary
Izuku has always been quirkless even with this quirk that was given too him and he knows that. Nothings ever changing that he was born quirkless. Cause he's quirkless he's different from normal people. His nails grow a little longer, sharper, then everybody, it's not a quirk plus his mom is so nice to clip them down. He could hurt someone with them if he's not careful.
He has two scares running down his back and the fact he has no toes, people always points that out. it was an accident that happened when he was born and always had them. He would love for you never to bring that up again his mother thinks it's her fault he got hurt so young.
Little quirkless Deku somehow got a quirk from All might then he'd live his life as the mans successor, basically jut a copy of the man but different colors. This changes with Izuku taking the hit of a stray quirk aimed at his sensei in the USJ. He doesn't know what's happening or why he got these wings on his back now. He just wants to crawl up in his bed ̶N̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶s̶t̶ and go to sleep. He wants his parents H̶e̶ ̶h̶a̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶

The small figure sputtered and coughed. “A mouse?! What part of me looks like a mouse, kid?”

Izuku paused, really taking in what he could in the dim lighting. This wasn’t a mouse, but a very gaunt and skinny man with bright blond hair and piercing blue eyes. A tiny man. He was shorter than the length of the pen Izuku held in his fist. “Oh. Oh! You’re not a mouse. You’re a very small man. Is that your quirk? Are your parents small too? Where do you live? What do you eat? Did you go to school like everyone else?”’
—--A Borrowers inspired tiny people AU. All Might suddenly disappears from the public eye. Two years later, Izuku’s father moves him to the countryside for ‘Quirk Rehabilitation'.’ Mr. Midoriya is anything but kind about it. The funny thing is, there seems to be a very small, blond, man living in the cottage as well. Is it possible for a very tiny hero to still save one child in need? Is it possible for that boy to save the very tiny hero in return?

Summary
Rejecting his classmates, Izuku continues his fight against All for One alone. Using everything he had and sacrificing everything, he triumphs, but his victory is hollow. As he lays dying, something he couldn't perceive happens, and he finds himself back in time around his Quirkless diagnosis with a chance to make up for what he failed to do properly.
