Summary
When it comes to heroes the general consensus is that you need a powerful Quirk. For the most part, that remains true. The world's best all have powerful Quirks. However, some are born stronger than others. A lesson that Izumi Midoriya learned quite early as a child. People didn't understand her Quirk and the mutations it came with only unnerved everyone she interacted with. Despite that, all she wants to do is help people. After a particular incident, her idol offered to become her mentor. With it came his power. Or at least, that was the plan. Neither of them expected what would actually happen when Izumi inherited One for All on the day of UA's Entrance Exam.

Summary
Izuku has always been quirkless even with this quirk that was given too him and he knows that. Nothings ever changing that he was born quirkless. Cause he's quirkless he's different from normal people. His nails grow a little longer, sharper, then everybody, it's not a quirk plus his mom is so nice to clip them down. He could hurt someone with them if he's not careful.
He has two scares running down his back and the fact he has no toes, people always points that out. it was an accident that happened when he was born and always had them. He would love for you never to bring that up again his mother thinks it's her fault he got hurt so young.
Little quirkless Deku somehow got a quirk from All might then he'd live his life as the mans successor, basically jut a copy of the man but different colors. This changes with Izuku taking the hit of a stray quirk aimed at his sensei in the USJ. He doesn't know what's happening or why he got these wings on his back now. He just wants to crawl up in his bed ̶N̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶s̶t̶ and go to sleep. He wants his parents H̶e̶ ̶h̶a̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶

Izuku paused, really taking in what he could in the dim lighting. This wasn’t a mouse, but a very gaunt and skinny man with bright blond hair and piercing blue eyes. A tiny man. He was shorter than the length of the pen Izuku held in his fist. “Oh. Oh! You’re not a mouse. You’re a very small man. Is that your quirk? Are your parents small too? Where do you live? What do you eat? Did you go to school like everyone else?”’

Two years later, Izuku’s father moves him to the countryside for ‘Quirk Rehabilitation'.’ Mr. Midoriya is anything but kind about it. The funny thing is, there seems to be a very small, blond, man living in the cottage as well. Is it possible for a very tiny hero to still save one child in need? Is it possible for that boy to save the very tiny hero in return?

Not only had he met his icon, the number one hero, All Might, but he was taken under his wing and had somehow received his quirk. And it was with said quirk that he managed to make his way into U.A's hero course, he was getting closer and closer to his dream every day, and he still felt like it he didn't deserve it all. Everything was going smoothly during his second day of school, he tried out his brand new costume and was in the middle of his first combat trial. Being placed on the heroes' team, Izuku was carefully making his way through the halls of the empty building, before a splitting headache hit the back of his head and he fell onto the ground, he tried looking back to see what had hit him, but his vision was completely blinded by something that felt like various extremely bright lights. When he finally managed to open his eyes again, he was met by... an extremely worried-looking naked girl?

During his childhood, Izuku Midoriya befriends a young man named Monkey D. Luffy on the latter's trip to Japan. Inspired by Luffy, Izuku decides to become a hero, eventually leading to his inheritance of One for All. During Izuku's training, Luffy returns to Japan, and Izuku decides to accompany Luffy down to the Sabaody Archipelago, where he sees the horrors of the Grand Line first hand... and once he does, he knows that this world he never knew existed is one that he has to save.
This is a long fic, and prior knowledge of each series is not required. Here's a excerpt from the story!
“Good people can do bad things… much like bad people can do good.” Izuku began, “Sometimes, those bad things make someone a criminal, and sometimes, those good things can make someone a hero.”
All Might understood where Izuku was going, but nonetheless, the teen still elaborated.
“And… regardless of whether or not those definitions are flawed, and regardless of whether or not we’ll fix them in the future… those are still the definitions we go by.” Izuku continued, choking on his words, for even he didn't truly want to hear them, “Right now, Luffy is a villain, and heroes… stop villains, and save the day.”

Izuku never expected when he jumped off that building, he'd land into the lap of something far more dangerous than literal death. Izuku never expected to find comfort in a creature that views life as so pointless and exhausting. Izuku never imagined how he'd changed from just talking to a being but then again, he's just died. So who's to say he can't be reborn?
Quirk: Accelerated Cell Growth
Allows the user to naturally grow cells on any part of their body. Additionally, these cells can be transformed and shifted to adapt to other creatures biology such as humans or animals. An unfortunate side affect of doing so is that the more the other creature consumes, the more their mental faculties will decrease and will eventually become addicted to the effects of the quirk.

He scaled that too, steps unfaltering as he rose and rose till finally, he was at the highest peak in the Mojave, able to see the entirety of the desert with his Eagle Eyes.
Mr. House's Securitrons were everywhere, shaping the Mojave to how the enigmatic autocrat wanted. Maybe the Wastes would be better, maybe it would be worse, maybe it wouldn't change. He stopped caring. He took one last breath of filtered air before grabbing his Hunting Revolver and putting the muzzle right beneath his chin. Yet, after enough 'time', something was there. A new Dream which held a race of Dragon-Breaking parasites that gave out magic to those broken of mind. It didn't matter though, he was Destroyer Devour Master, and he will embody his Name.Edit: Updates will be halted. I bit more than I can chew with trying g to simultaneously update 3 works and because I do not like this one as much as the other two, it's getting the 'behind the shed' treatment until further news.
