    “Mr. Parker?”

    I perk up, getting out of my seat. The voice belongs to Mrs. Baker, the friendly—and if I’m honest, old—receptionist that works here, at Trinity Elementary. It’s the best, and most expensive, may I add, private school in New York. It’s the last place I thought I’d be working considering what happened a year ago.

    Tony falling into a coma Beck dying my identity being revealed unleashing the multiverse Aunt May dying everyone forgetting me-

    But we don’t need to talk about that. Like, ever.

    When everything was over, I fell into a depression of sorts. And honestly, I still sort of am. I feel like it’s called for though. I mean, you don’t lose your last living relative after almost losing your third father figure and get erased from existence without feeling at least a little down about it.

    Peter somehow becomes a six-year-old Morgan's substitute teacher. Peter's shitty life takes a turn, and this time, it isn't for the worst.

    Due to his boyish face and small physique, Peter was often forced to be a recipient of social treatment which wasn’t appropriate for his age or capability, like getting misunderstood, babied or protected. It was really frustrating. However, he could tolerate this embarrassing ordeal any day. Only one thing that he couldn't stand: don't get recognized as Wade's boyfriend.

    *edited: Chapter 2 Summary: Peter really had no ideas why the Avengers was so overprotective of him. Then, let see their real reasons.

    “They really didn’t want the mask to come off.” Hill thumbed through the scans, and pulled out a film that she then handed over to Sam, face mostly expressionless but for the flat line of her pursed lips.

    Sam accepted the film and held it up to the light, angling so both he and Steve could see it, squinting at the outline of the Winter Soldier’s skull, and the blips of unnatural white that showed up, God, in his brain, not to mention about half his teeth, plus the mask, with its thin protrusions—

    “Those are pins,” Steve realized. He looked over at Hill. “The mask—it’s nailed to his face.”

    Hill’s face was as unmoved as ever. “Like I said. They really didn’t want it coming off.”
