Summary
For hundreds of years Nightmares life has been unchanging. While recently the issue regarding an opposing team became aware to him, that still did not stop his routine. Nor did anything else. Even if his boys tried, Nightmare remained unyielding in the way he was, both as a being, a boss, and a brother. And he was content with this life of his. He had to be, as what other options did he have? So, for years he continued to remain as nothing more than a one dimensional villain.
That was, of course, until the group of Sanses he got familiar with decided to show him something one day. After all, how was he expected to stay the same when his greatest enemy had changed so drastically? And how was he supposed to remain satisfied with his life when his twin made something greater out of hers?
