Summary
Basically a universe where there isn't paranormal activity in the mansion and Kate also isn't insane. She became a governess after Flora and Miles' parents died and after Jessel was murdered by Quint. Quint also died from a fall from his horse. Miles and Flora have a lot of trauma and Kate just wants to help them.
None of the works are actually connected to each other, they just share the same type of universe.

“Who?” Kate replied at the same volume.
“Quint.”
____After a strange incident with a mirror, Kate finally gets Miles to tell her what is going on in this house. The answer is both exactly what she expected, and impossible to believe.
