"You spoil them too much," Ratio says, eyebrows furrowing as he gently loops the red scarf around Aventurine. He glances over at the three catcakes currently in the midst of building a snowman. A snowman made in the likeness of Aventurine given that Aventurine's signature hat and sunglasses were perched atop the snowman's head. The teal scarf Aventurine had been wearing earlier is now looped around its neck.
Or Aventurine and Ratio take the catcakes out to play in the snow.

Summary
Kaveh wakes up to the speckled ceiling of Bimarstan and groans.
There is a certain murky quality to the thoughts and memories he tries to parse through from the night before due to the painkillers he had been given. Other than the dull throb on his abdomen from where he had let the hilachurl’s flaming arrow hit him, he feels fine.
His last-minute decision seems to have worked.
Or, Bimarstan also offers a temporary roof overnight if you meet the requirements. Kaveh works through some things.

Summary
It has become a habit for Alhaitham to wake in the morning to the smell of coffee and breakfast in the air. The gentle pitter-patter of steps and quiet humming in the kitchen as Kaveh sets about cooking for the two of them.
The next morning is much the same. That is until Kaveh makes a move to grab at Alhaitham’s coffee mug to hand to him and the mug falls from his hand and goes crashing towards the ground.
The quiet tranquility of the morning is broken as they both stare at it.
Alhaitham does not get his usual good morning kiss nor his goodbye kiss before he leaves for work that day.

Summary
It had been weeks? months? of endless fighting. The ebb and flow of battle as Childe feels himself wear down more and more against the All-Devouring Narwhal. The adrenaline is still singing in his veins, the voices of the abyss telling him to fight, for more.
Fontaine had proved to be an adventure like nothing else, but the thrill of the fight had long since worn off, and underneath it all was a deep, deep exhaustion.
Childe's last thought on his mind is a yearning for home before everything blurs to black.

"You're lucky the Fatui are willing to take you in," his father had said, handing over a 14-year-old Ajax to the 5th Harbinger after causing another fight in the village square. "The Fatui will be able to straighten you out."
"You're so lucky you have your weird powers," a bitter fatui mage had spat after Childe had been promoted again in the ranks after a mission. “Only a monster would be able to live and survive an encounter like that.” Childe thought about how all of his other squadmates had died in the latest mission. Was it really just luck that allowed him to survive?
Childe never felt very lucky.

Foul Legacy had watched as the crying little boy who fell into the abyss grew up to become a strong warrior. Foul Legacy had then watched as the little boy toppled the thrones of the gods and Celestia. But more importantly, Foul Legacy had watched as little Ajax captured the heart of a god, his heart so incredibly warm, happy, and at peace in a way Foul Legacy could not wrap its mind around.
Could Foul Legacy, too, feel that way one day?

Summary
Due to his time in the abyss, Childe can turn into a narwhal and a half-merman. When someone spends time there, the abyss claims them and gives them many forms -- one to fight in and one to recover in that it considers your true form, a reflection of oneself.
It is truly unfortunate how Childe has no control over which form he takes when he is injured...and even more unfortunate when he wakes up in the middle of Zhongli's bathtub.
