Summary
A tribulation in blood.
Led by his curiosity, Wei Wuxian investigates. And led by his love, Lan Wangji follows. It may be the other way around. But, anyway:
What ensues is a chase around your own hubris, when history loves you so much it forges your bad deeds in blood; what do you do when life is hell-bent on leading you to doom? Lan Wangji must answer the question: was the past a consequence of him trying to stop Wei Wuxian from destroying himself, or not trying enough at all?

Summary
I’m married now. What a pain, Wei Wuxian hears, and looks around to see who said it. It was in Lan Zhan’s voice, yes, but the other boy currently has his jaw locked so hard that it’s improbable he’ll speak within the next century. He lies below Wei Wuxian, sopping wet with his forehead bare.
They’ve just been flushed out of Lan Yi’s cave, where they swore to uphold righteousness and save the world. Lan Zhan is glaring at Wei Wuxian from where he’s squished by his admittedly lithe frame, and Wei Wuxian scrambles to right himself. Only, he accidentally pulls at the ribbon that ties their hands together. He feels such intense annoyance radiate from Lan Zhan’s demeanour that it’s almost palpable.
Wait; it actually is.

Summary
"The mastermind that is Xue Yang has been completely, irrevocably stumped by a blind, stuck-up cultivator who simply would not fall into his machinations. Xiao Xingchen, the man in question, just wouldn’t murder people accidentally. As a part of Xue Yang’s plan and all.
It started two weeks ago, when Xue Yang went into a quarter-life crisis about the lovey-dovey life that him, his enemy, and that little blind brat were leading. It didn’t come as a surprise to him that a year of a domestic, candy-filled lifestyle would bore him and vengeance would come back to him with, well, vengeance. One can say it started a year ago, when Xiao Xingchen saved him. One also can say it started half a decade ago, when they properly ran into each other for the first time. Maybe it all started the day he was born; maybe he was fated to be saved and destroyed this man. Gosh, the things a sweet life makes you think!"

Summary
Dazai lay on the ground, half-bloody and fully high on the chase. Chuuya looked down at him, from where he was standing, the faint lights of the dark corridor throwing his silhouette into sharp relief on Dazai’s eyes. Hat and all.
The lights flickered behind Chuuya, digging into Dazai’s eyes. Chuuya scoffed when Dazai rubbed his eyes. There were muffled sounds of people running, falling, screaming from behind them. It was only a matter of time before the people chasing them caught up. It was only a matter of time before their kouhais busted in to save them. The gun glinted off of Chuuya’s hip, where he had shoved it after picking it off a man’s crushed hand.

"You’re so good at this, Lan Zhan,” Wei Ying says, panting.
From the look on Lan Zhan’s face, she probably considers it an offence that Wei Ying is still speaking. Wei Ying is very happy to learn this about Lan Zhan.

Summary
Do not form conclusions without adequate evidence. An oft-refrained precept from Lan Sizhui's early schooling, and his first handful of night hunts. But the evidence is hardly inconclusive. The quiet nobility of his features. The smooth expanse of his practiced expression. The piercing gold of his eyes, which skip from Sizhui to Jingyi and back to Sizhui, where they fix themselves, unblinking.
The Gusu Lan ribbon perfectly arranged on his forehead, embroidered with palest blue in a cloud pattern that Lan Sizhui has known since he was a boy-child being planted in the dirt.

Summary
Hi, Lan Zhan. So, can I ask you a hypothetical question?
Lan Wangji stares at Wei Wuxian's text for a good minute. They haven't exchanged more than a word in about a month and it's technically past his usual bedtime. He decides that Wei Wuxian is either going to ask a question, that isn't hypothetical in the slightest or he's gotten tipsy and wants to chat.
What would you do if you were infected by a Consciousness Absorber?
Is the question actually hypothetical?
Wei Ying. Please tell me you're lying awake at night thinking of scenarios and are not actually affected by a creature that gradually takes control of your free will and uses that to turn you into a murdering monster.
Wei Wuxian is possessed by a terrifying creature. He texts Lan Wangji for help.

Summary
While reeling from a mysterious kiss he receives on Phoenix Mountain during a hunt (maybe going blindfolded was a bad idea?), Wei Wuxian stumbles across a curse array and finds himself transformed into a rabbit. In the middle of a hunt! Good thing Lan Wangji is there to rescue him...or is it? Hasn't Wei Wuxian been spending the last three years trying not to get dragged back to Gusu?

Them getting close was not an option for Lan Wangji. The fire did not die out, but there was no reason to feed it. What was the point of that? Lan Wangji knew what it felt like to get burned by it.
At seventeen, Wei Wuxian had told him, don’t worry, I don’t like men like that.
