Summary
In the weeks since his parents' death, his take over as CEO of Drake Industries, and basically a complete upheaval of life as he knows it, Tim Drake has been doing everything he can to gain the approval of his company, the press, and the general public. Easy, right?
Except, apparently, there's something more sinister going on beneath DI's shiny veneer. And now Tim's fighting for his life literally, not just metaphorically. Good thing the Bats are there to protect him. But why are these people so interested in his life? Seriously, don't they have better things to do? So long as Tim makes it out alive and the Bats never find out he knows their secret, everything will be fine. Too bad nothing ever goes right for Tim.OR

Summary
Bruce wakes with a snort and a crick in his neck.
Wincing, he picks his twinging neck up slowly, blinking grit out of his eyes. The tv is still on, flickering in the otherwise dark room.
“Is it possible… that aliens are responsible for the tragic wreck of the Titanic?” a narrator is asking.
Tim is still dead weight across his legs. Bruce can feel a damp patch on his sweatpants where he’s drooled on him.
Bruce digs his phone out of his pocket, careful not to disturb him.
4:32am.
Fuck.
Tim was due to be woken up for a concussion check over three hours ago.
“Tim,” he murmurs, rough with sleep. “Wake up, bud.” He shakes him gently.
When he doesn’t stir, he shakes him again, harder, sighing softly - Tim always is dead to the world on the rare occasions he actually sleeps. “Tim,” he repeats, louder, a normal speaking volume.
He tugs on his shoulder, rolling him towards Bruce.
There’s no resistance.
Tim’s head lolls.

Summary
[Has been updated 24/07/24 so I suggest re-reading the first chapter] Ra's is dead. The Batfamily is there to witness it. But before he dies, Ra's leaves a chilling message for the Detective which doesn't seem completely right. Only Tim understands fully, and he wishes he didn't.

Shinso stopped, looked at himself in the mirror, and took a deep breath. He trusted Aizawa. He did. He could even say that he trusted Midoriya and Todoroki and even Bakugo, too, if he was pressed. He knew, if it came down to a life or death situation, any of these people would put their lives on the line for his. So why was it so hard to be honest? Why couldn't he just make himself say “I'm scared I'll hurt you. I'm scared you'll hate me. I'm scared of losing everything when I just got it.” He snorted and splashed some water on his face; he knew why. But he was going to have to get over himself anyway. He knew they couldn't trust him if he refused to show himself as trustworthy. He would just have to do well enough that they wouldn't dream of taking his fragile, almost perfect life away.
