Summary
Khaenri’ah was meant to remain unspoken between the Archons. They knew how blasphemous it could be, the punishments that could come from it, how dangerous some of their experiments were… but perhaps they all believed that if they never mentioned it, the heavens above would never take notice.
Venti and Anastasya had plenty of unspoken agreements. Conversation between them was simply easy like that. They may have had very different dispositions, but their mindsets were similar. They both wished to be free from their shackles. They both wished for their people to be free.
Venti breaks a promise, and repays it by allowing Khaenri'ahn light into his home. Anastasya breaks a promise, and repays it by not executing a criminal from Mondstadt. They are even, sort of.

Matilda huffs in annoyance. “Even the,” it sounds like ze, “orb is not showing me anything!”
She will not call this a proper reading, it is an irreversible shame upon the Bouanich family name to do as such. Divination always has a clear purpose. Either Sonetto has let it slipped past her itinerant mind, or she has no clue whatsoever but that is simply impossible.
Some things are easier to say through a medium.

“Mondstadt wouldn’t be the same without you, you know,” Venti said. “The nation of freedom does not discriminate between its inhabitants, no matter where they were born or what lies in their past. The winds welcome all who wish to make a home within their domain.”
Despite the reassuring words and accompanying breeze, Kaeya felt a cold pang in his chest. He pulled his hands away a bit too harshly to appear casual and avoided Venti’s eyes.
“You say that now, but know nothing of my past,” Kaeya laughed bitterly. The bard just watched him, in his eyes a hint of something far exceeding his youthful appearance.
Or, Kaeya has never felt like he belonged in Mondstadt, and decides the world would be better off without him. Venti interrupts his plans and assures him that his roots don’t define him

Summary
Venti the bard was sitting of the ground- not even on a bench, like a normal human being, on the ground- and strumming his lyre gently. The sound was of course somewhat muffled by the thick, stone walls of the church, but Barbara could still make out the melody, a delicate, sweet song, perhaps a little sad.
As usual, the bard was dressed in nothing but the clothes had worn in summer, as if he didn’t notice the air growing colder or the silvery frost covering the ground, creeping across the land like spiderwebs spread across the corners of a library.Barbara is absolutley done with Venti neglecting to dress appropriatley for the weather and decides to do something about it.

That simple sentence is what made that nagging feeling at the back of her mind finally click for Glory. She knew this voice. Oh, oh, of course she did! It was the one that’s been guiding her for as long as she could remember—though not as ethereal sounding as it normally was—but the tone, cadence, and manner of protective speaking were the exact same.
She hadn’t realized she had stopped on the steps. Venti’s arm was still linked with hers and she heard him gasp in surprise as the motion pulled him back slightly. “Glory? You okay?”
“It’s you,” she said, not elaborating further.
“Huh?” Venti, no, Lord Barbatos replied, obviously confused. “Me?”
