    Now set on different paths from Peter and Charlotte, Jasper and Harry take up a life of adventure in exploring what the existence of two curious vampires can get up to outside of the newborn armies, making discoveries about both the world and themselves in the process.

    Jasper's depressed, Harry's depressed, and that "Where are you going?" "Wherever the wind takes me!" trend may or may not have been invented by them.

    This is a part of my overall story "We're All Cowboys", which would exist more if life didn't keep getting in the way.

    In an instant, every mech standing in the room was forced to their knees under an immense, invisible pressure, as though gravity itself had turned against them. Cries and shouts filled the chamber as they struggled to rise, only to fail.

    The mechs who had remained seated stared in stunned silence, untouched by the force. But the moment any of them attempted to stand, the crushing weight dragged them down as well.

    I tilted my chin up, narrowing my gaze at Zeta Prime. From this position, he seemed far smaller, like an ant.

    “Your head was too high,” I quipped.

    Dying and coming back to life for a second time should have been more surprising. Harry Potter merely sighed in exasperation and moved on.

    Death at thirty was not something he was entirely happy with, but he had lived a lot longer than he could have hoped for at fifteen years old. Waking up after was annoying, but in such a chaotic situation he could only roll with it.

    Having a wizard with a whisper of Destiny about him wondering about Harry's existence in this wild new world was bad enough, but to these people he was considered a child. Nope, he was not going to be staying with them.

    Harry Potter had not been a child in a very long time; he would not start acting like one now.

    Harry Potter crashes into the Company of Thorin Oakenshield in Goblin Town, finds out he’s now an elf-child, coming back to life after death is a fact of elf-life, Music equals Magic, and dark lords are a universal constant whenever and wherever magic is involved.
