After shooting Batman with Titan Formula for their epic showdown in the asylum, the Joker gets impatient with how he's not cooperating.
Then he gets an idea. He knows exactly what he needs to get Bats to lose control.
If the sight of what he'd done to his precious sidekick doesn't make him go wild, then nothing will.

AKA, instead of tickling with a feather, the Joker takes Batman to Jason's cell in the Arkham Asylum game to make him angry.
It does not go as he expects.
