It isn't a problem.

OR
6 times Dick or Jason save each other (but manage to escape being found out), and the 1 time doing so leads to a reveal that was a long time coming.
OR
Jason's fear of being abandoned, of having Dick taken from him by someone else VS. Dick's fear of losing Jason, of being the reason Jason endures more pain. (So maybe Jason wants everyone to know Dick is his so they would stop trying to take him away, so maybe Dick wants no one to know Jason is his so Jason wouldn't be targeted and die again because of how much he means to Dick)
