    Summary

Anakin and Obi-Wan are fighting again (shocker) when Anakin discovers something that turns his entire worldview upside down. His master kept a diary? Instead of finding blackmail material for their next argument, he discovers that perhaps Obi-Wan wasn't the perfect Jedi he always seemed to be. And what was this about child soldiers and Master Qui-Gon? Maybe the Chancellor had been wrong about his former master...

    Summary

Their first act of rebellion might just be their last.

They were distracted when the wrecked ship suddenly made a groaning noise. The metal whined as if something bent it, moving it. But that was not possible. It should not be possible. Both rebels froze as their eyes locked onto the origin of the noise. Blaster fire halted as everyone watched the ship with confusion and interest.

A hand punched through the rubble, catching the attention of both the troopers as well as the rebels. The figure pulled themselves up slowly, climbing out on top of the wreckage.

A copper haired humanoid man, dressed in robes and white battle armour stood on top of the rubble. The sigil on his shoulder proudly bearing the symbol of the Jedi Order which fell so long ago. With his features almost shining in the dim light, his eyes glowed blue but seemed glazed over, unseeing but drawn to the light regardless.

    That was a Jedi.

    “...General Kenobi?”

They flinched violently when the Jedi turned his gaze in their direction. Blue glowing eyes aimed in their direction but not quite on them, like the Jedi could not see them.

    Summary

“We have no intention of being unkind,” Mace Windu says, his deep voice cutting through the murmur of the Jedi Council chambers, silencing the debate. “It is understandable that Anakin’s circumstances are somewhat … unique.”

For a moment, Obi-Wan feels a flicker of relief, a fragile thread of hope that maybe, just maybe, they will understand.

“However, the upcoming operation could very well determine the entire course of the war.” Windu continues, tone heavy with gravity. “Tell me, Obi-Wan, can you assure me - with absolute certainty - that if Skywalker is injured, you will not act … unwisely?”

“More important is,” Master Yoda adds, his ears lifting ever slightly, “if hurt, you are, Skywalker’s behaviour, remain wise, will it, hmm?”

On the eve of a major battle, the Jedi Council orders Master Kenobi to cut the lingering training bond with his former padawan.

    Summary

A re-write/new story of nevertheless_turtle's Suicidal Misunderstandings with permission from the original author

Obi-Wan was a Jedi Master, a High General, the renowned Negotiator. Ben was a hermit in a hut in a harsh desert. Only one of them would try spice as an escape from their mind.

Yet it is not Ben who is thrust back into the height of the Clone Wars. Nor is it Ben who believes he is experiencing a vivid, long-running Force vision. Obi-Wan must survive many hardships, in the Clone Wars, but never did he have to survive himself, through ill-thought methods of escaping a Force vision, taught only to those who experience the worst of them.

Obi-Wan lives in a vision, while everyone else lives in the real world. Miscommunication ensures great tragedy will follow.
