Izuku is turned into a vampire at the ripe age of 5, not long after his quirkless diagnosis. When he entered UA he noticed that his homeroom teacher Aizawa is a vampire as well. He hides his nature and had thus far somehow managed to keep his second nature hidden from everyone…
well, that is until the embers of OFA die out after the war, and izuku is left with an emptiness that he hasn’t felt since he was diagnosed quirkless. Normally you go too your Sire with problems of Hunger, but Izuku doesn’t have one, so he resorts to less then ideal ways to cope. And that is what does him in in the end.
