Summary
Techno heard the telltale snap of a gun cocking. He froze and turned around slowly, eyes wide and limbs tense.
A boy stood facing him, a rifle gun aimed straight at Techno’s chest. He had a red bandana wrapped tightly over his mouth, a flimsy excuse for a mask. His disgruntled blond hair clashed with the lime green of the forest behind him. He looked filthy. Frankly it was a wonder he even survived this long.
He was strangely tall but his long limbs were gangly and poorly filled out. Despite his attempts to be intimidating, his shaking arms betrayed his fear.
Techno almost snorted, but caught himself. This boy was no threat to him. Although the loaded gun pointed toward him might become a problem if he didn’t take care of it soon.
“Keep your hands up, fucker,” the boy spit.

Suddenly a cry rang out from the crowd. The crowd turned around to look for the noise-maker, confused. Curiosity sparked inside Wilbur, but he kept his face impassive until he caught a glimpse of a blond fighting his way through the stunned citizens.

“Hey Clem, what’s up?”
“‘Sup Tommy, you up for hanging out today?”
“Uh yeah sure, what do you wanna do?”
“Well, I’m going to a concert later tonight and I have an extra ticket if you wanna come.”
Tommy looked at the clock on the corner of the TV. It read 2 PM, he didn’t have anything else to do.
“I’m down. What’s the band name?”
“They’re called the Sleepy Bois. They’re not huge but they have a couple popular songs so I wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve heard them play.”
Tommy scanned his memory for any trace of the band, “I haven't heard of them, or at least I don’t remember.”
“Well one of my friends is the keyboardist so I figured I’d go to one of his shows.”
“Sweet, what time?”
“I’ll pick you up at 5. I’m sneaking sodas in, since drinks are so overpriced at the show, so we’ll stop by the gas station to get drinks.”
“Ok, I’ll bring cash, see ya’ then,” Tommy hangs up after exchanging goodbyes.
Or: Tommy goes to a random concert with his friend and ends up digging up old memories of past friends.

Later he is revived (no one is quite sure how) and he comes back to his family.

And Techno can hear someone in his head.

Summary
Harry unintentionally opens a portal to a long forgotten test hidden in Hogwarts. Stuck in an enchanted world faced with the realisation that no one will be able to find him, he logically decides to set out and complete the trials that await. Only, the place is covered in extinct Magical Beasts and all the instructions are written in incomprehensible Ancient Runes.

“My mother doesn’t remember half of her children as it is,” she said with a note of bitterness. “If you do something to impress her, it won’t matter. Return the bolt in her name. She’ll claim you if you act the part. If you stay unclaimed then they'll figure out what you really are," she said, squeezing his hands tightly. Percy's heart sped up.
"I - I don't know the first thing about Aphrodite-"
"My mother was born of sea foam," Silena cut him off. "And if you're really who I think you are... you are the sea. You can pull this off," she said and touched his cheek. "Get the bolt. Survive," she said. Percy swallowed.
"What if I can't act the part?" He asked. Silena's expression went blank for a moment. Slowly, she slipped off her bracelet and placed it in his hands.
"If you're going to be one of us... you better learn."

Yes. Wilbur had to bite his tongue to keep the answer from spilling out of his mouth, because yes he wanted more. Of course he wanted more. He wanted to be more than the bastard prince. He wanted to be more than a mistake his mother made before she married Tommy’s father.
But that wasn’t the role he had been cast for in his life.
“It doesn’t matter,” Wilbur said instead. “When Tommy turns eighteen he’ll be crowned King, and I will be his advisor. He’ll be a good king, I’ll make sure of it.”
or, as the bastard prince of the planet of Eldingvegr, Wilbur has always known he was never meant for greatness. That was his younger brother's destiny. Wilbur's job was simply to try and make sure Tommy could fulfill that destiny.
That becomes decidedly more difficult when the brothers are betrayed, and are forced to flee their home planet. With the Essempi Empire being one of the largest imperial powers in the universe, the only place that can offer them refuge from Emperor Dream is Zephys IV—capital planet of the Antarctic Empire, ruled by the ruthless Emperor Philza.
