Regulus Arcturus Black is dead.
He might still breathe, and his heart has yet to stop, but Regulus Black is dead.
He's dead because Regulus has no plans on living past his sixth year of Hogwarts, and he's dragging his entire family (sans Sirius, Narcissa and Andromeda) and over half the pureblood population down with him.
While he waits for his end, Regulus finds out that being dead grants someone an unexpected lack of hesitation to do stupid things.

TLDR; seungmin felix jisung and changbin are hybrids that have been genetically engineered to kill, and doctors minho chan hyunjin and jeongin were brought in to assess their mental state. it is a v angst heavy at the beginning but it will be a lot more fluffy later
