Summary
This fic was originally supposed to be a short, sweet, and soft hurt/comfort with some sexy Polytrix fluff... Then, some truly epic longing, so much gay, and a-whole-ass separate movie’s worth of backstory took over my brain, so now you all get to suffer with me... and we'll eventually get to the sexy fluff at some point too.
This starts at Namsan Tower immediately after Gwi-Ma’s defeated and the girls are feeling really good... Surely that feeling would last more than a moment though, right?? Surely our girls aren't in for even more angst, yearning, and dare I say gay panic? You'll just have to keep reading to find out.

Kara was determined to make sure Lena experienced all the wintertime and Christmas traditions she cherished. She was planning out how to make the rest of their time in Midvale special when she felt Lena’s arms slide around her from behind.
“Is everything alright?”
Kara smiled, twisting around to embrace Lena, “I’m great. How are you? Warming up yet?”
Lena dropped her eyes, trying to look meek, “Still chilled. Thought you could come warm me up,” she smirked back up at Kara, “in the shower.” Kara’s brow raised before she quickly swept Lena into a bridal carry to whisk her off to the bathroom. “KARA!” Lena laughingly chided her girlfriend.

Summary
The door opened and both Kara and Lena’s jaws dropped in shock. Kara’s doppelganger strode into the room, a version of Kara sans bangs wearing a supersuit neither woman recognized.
“Who are you?” Kara-2 ordered, and Lena felt Kara stiffen in front of her.
“Who are you?” Kara retorted defiantly and Lena rolled her eyes, catching as she finished that both Karas had the same stubborn, confused set to their face.
“I’m Kara Zor-El,” Kara’s double replied. “Champion of Earth.”
Kara’s brow furrowed. “I’m Kara Zor-El, Champion of Earth.” There was a tense standoff as the two superheroes processed the information, before Kara worked her jaw and spoke. “Which Earth is this?”
