This one's pretty extreme, and I'm not going to sugar coat it, the doctor is a pedophile that mind controls Kanyon and her dad Gregory into letting him rape her and impregnate her while hardcore cucking the dad. It's also got some fart fetish content, watersports content, and the dad getting castrated in graphic detail but those parts are clearly marked and you can skip them if they're not your thing.
