The door opens slowly—then all at once, like a curtain finally pulled aside, warm light spilling into the night.

Lestat stands there with a bottle of wine loose in one hand, the other tangled in the sleeve of a white satin robe that slips and pools around him as if it can’t decide whether to cling or fall away. The fabric catches the low light from inside the house, soft and luminous, trailing just behind him when he shifts.

His hair has come loose from whatever restraint he’d bothered with earlier, pale and disordered, falling around his face like a veil. His eyes—too blue, too bright even now—are glassed over, rimmed red, tears gathered and waiting. There’s something almost angelic about him in his grief, the kind that looks breathtaking when caught in the muted glow of a shadowed doorway.

    “Tell me,” Lestat whispers.

Louis feels it in his chest before he hears it—the naked need beneath the softness.

“Louis,” Lestat breathes again, voice cracking. “Tell me it’s not true.”

OR: Private investigator Louis is hired by his client—and former one-night stand—Lestat to investigate an alleged affair, only to uncover a far more elaborate secret.

When rock n' roll’s new star child, The Vampire Lestat, breaks down on stage, renowned tour manager Louis de Pointe du Lac steps in to save his endangered career.

On tour with his insufferably bratty, exhausting and potentially murderous new protégé, Louis soon begins to unwillingly spiral into a sick obsession, not only falling prey to more than one vampire, but the spiteful demons of his very own past.

In short; a 1x01 inspired angsty but ironically funny slow burn Rockstar Road Trip AU where an especially fucked up, callous human Louis loses his mind over an especially bratty, extravagant Lestat. Think an erotic take on Wuthering Heights x Daisy Jones with a lot of tension, bickering, and eventually, OF COURSE, rough sex.

Louis scowls and reaches for the remote, but Lestat snatches it and holds it out of Louis’ reach, then turns the volume up another notch.

“Turn the damn TV off,” Louis says, irritation bubbling inside of him. Does Lestat always have to be such a brat?

And then, as if answering Louis’ question, Lestat smirks, tilts his head, and says, “Make me.”

Now Louis is game. He emerges from the duvet and pounces on Lestat, straddling his lap and shoving him as he scrambles for the remote. Lestat lofts it higher into the air, just out of Louis’ reach.

“Give it,” Louis growls, pushing at Lestat’s chest as he scrambles for the remote.

Lestat just twists away. “You have a little wet spot,” he giggles, using his free hand to rub the head of Louis’ hard cock through his briefs. “Did you have a nice dream?

Louis defeats Lestat in a playful, writhing wrestling match in bed. His prize? Having Lestat spread his legs for him for once.
