Omega Dean wakes up in a different universe after defeating Amara. He has to cope in a world that is so different from his own. He was free and treated as an equal to alphas and betas in his world. However, in this world, he is collared and leashed and technically owned by Sam. At the same time, Dean is worried about his omega brother Sam.
When alpha Sam wakes up to find his brother gone and omega Dean in his place, he makes it his mission to get his alpha brother back. Sam finds omega Dean to be frustrating, to say the least. He is also strong-willed, poorly behaved, mouthy, and Sam is having a hard time not claiming him. Sam just knows he has to find a way to switch his brother back and send omega Dean home.Series

Like everyone else Dean has always looked forward to his 21st birthday, when his countdown timer would appear and tell him how much longer he had until he met his soul mate. And at least then he would know whether or not he was an alpha like John always wanted, even though the name of his soul mate was written in a weird language he couldn't read.
But then it actually happened, and Dean was positive he actually met his soul mate... unless that was a dream. On the other hand, as the years go by and his countdown ticks away, the increased strength and vision, lack of a need for food or sleep, and weird new growths on his back that seem to be growing feathers(?!) suggest otherwise...

Summary

Castiel has spent years haunted by the violent death of his pregnant mate, Daphne. He's spiraled into a depression fueled by drugs and alcohol, enabled by his older brother, Gabriel, who feels guilty about the role he played in the tragedy all those years ago.
After saving Castiel's life one night at the roadhouse, Dean thinks he's come upon the perfect plan to be able to attend Sam's wedding... convince the seemingly helpless/useless alpha to accompany him on his cross country trip. The experience turns out to be more than either one of them bargained for.
