Katsuki blinked. Read the words. Read them again.
“…what the HELL?!?!”
Pops of light flared around him, and Shinso took a wary step back.
“WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKING HELL?!”
Izuku was making a wheezing noise that sounded vaguely like a tea kettle.
Todoroki frowned as he read the headline over their shoulders, and asked with his usual even inflection, “You had sex while on duty?”
Katsuki fucking exploded.
Life is looking up for Katsuki in the months since Izuku received his hero suit. He’s soared back up the ranks to number five, he’s got a new car, a new apartment, and he’s chasing Deku’s heels once again. Even with the nerd turning down his agency invitation, working together is everything he’d dreamed over the last eight years.
But a new threat is growing stronger in the darkness of society, and when a gossip website accuses Deku and Dynamight of hooking up at the scene of an incident, they have to fight for both their reputations and the lives of the people they’ve sworn to protect.

Summary
The last pieces of rubble settled.
Essek hesitated, then murmured a word, casting a soft purple light into his palm. Caleb blinked, still staring at the floor. He clenched a fist and fire swirled to life at his fingertips. The scattered papers on the floor, the mouldering tomes and the faded diagrams all burned, ash mingling with dust at their feet.
The flames ran their course, until Essek’s light was all that remained.
“Good.” Essek nodded as Caleb looked up. He met Caleb’s eyes as the tension in his chest faded to relief. “Good.”
Caleb watched him, emotions darting across his face too quickly for Essek to parse. They fell silent, the quiet of the ruins broken only by the halting drip of water.
Caleb continued to stare, and Essek bit at his lip as a different kind of tension made him fight not to move.

Summary
They didn’t talk about it. They both knew, of course, but they didn’t talk about it. It was unspoken, a mutual, silent agreement. Crowley could count on one hand the number of times they’d referenced it even obliquely, and each occurrence had carved a permanent scar in his tattered heart.
It was true, though. No less real for being undeclared. No less powerful for being locked away. It bubbled up, occasionally, when Crowley’s white knuckled grip slipped.
Currently, he was slipping quite a lot. The difference was that this time… this time, he thought Aziraphale was slipping too.

The angel tangled their fingers together, tugging Crowley after him as he walked backwards to the space in front of the fireplace.
“I hope you’re not expecting me to do a gavotte, angel.”
“Oh, no, I thought we could try something simpler.” Aziraphale flicked a hand at their record player, and the needle dropped into place as the record started to spin.
Gentle piano notes joined the crackle of the fireplace, soft and slow. Crowley’s eyebrows rose as he listened to the music.
“You know how to waltz?” he asked, surprised.

“Yeah. Yeah, I did,” Charles says with a wry smile. “I figured, you're always complaining about me calling you mate, especially after we've been making out, so I thought I'd give it a go.”
Before Crystal, before Niko, Edwin might have taken that answer at face value. Well, to be more precise, Edwin and Charles would never be having this conversation in the first place.
Instead, he recognizes the attempt at humor for the deflection it is and asks, “Why?”
Before Port Townsend, Charles might have protested that he’d just explained why, you numpty. But today he says simply, “I wanted to.”
