"We have a birthday cake here for you," Dick explains, voice soft. "Do you remember those? There's all these candles here for you to blow out, and then we each eat a piece of the cake."
The only indication that Jason is still alive and there is the slow blinking of his eyes at almost leisurely intervals.

The Batfam rallies to make Jason's 18th(?) birthday as special as can be. That's kind of hard to do when Jason is struggling to even stay present.

Summary
It’s a precious balance. The secrets of Gravity Falls must be kept from the general public –– because how disastrous would it be if the delicate magical ecosystem was destroyed by scared residents of the town, or secured and scrutinized by outsiders –– but enough people need to be let in on the secrets in order to be able to help keep the secrets.

A continuous series of Batman/Joker crack ficlets.
~
I Set Your Heart On Fire (Also Your Toaster):
Alfred Pennyworth forgets to lock the window, so Bruce Wayne wakes up to find a villain has set his toaster on fire. And made him breakfast. A very burnt breakfast, but food none the less. A little ficlet about Joker crushing on Brucie, but Bruce doesn't want his crispy toast.Christmas Ain't Christmas 'til Somebody Breaks in (Again):
It's Christmas time at Wayne Manor and the family is celebrating it the Bat-way. Which means lazy butlers, cute assassins wrapping presents, and gift bearing villains. The clown is back in town for another ficlet. And that doesn't exactly float a certain someone's Bat-boat.Bruce’s ‘Break’:
Bruce is at the end of his Bat-rope, and flees Gotham for one night of relaxation. Unfortunately, he forgets that the Joker is a tad attached/obsessed. A finale to this array of BatJokes shenanigans, where ridiculous character actions abound, and a proclamation of undying love = the most annoying thing Bruce could ever fathom.- Words:

Summary
It didn’t really matter that the bed was soft, the rug pretty, the shelves filled with books and comics. It didn’t matter that Dick could spy a toilet and a shower behind a privacy screen, or that the desk seemed to be outfitted with writing and drawing materials.
Dick was in a cell.
Or: Dick spends 299 days locked in a basement. Its not fun. No. Its a very special kind of horror.
