Atsushi has a bit of a panic attack in the middle of a non-descript conflict and unconsciously runs to Akutagawa for comfort. This makes the mafioso realize there's more to their relationship than he wanted to admit, and now he has to process that.

Summary
World renewed musician Akutagawa got himself in deep shit when he drunkenly fought his competitor Atsushi in a bar, earning himself a lifetime ban and causing a media uproar.
The solution? Akutagawa invites Atsushi out to an apology dinner
Which leads to them seeing each other more and more.
Which ultimately ends in them having to write an entire album together.
(Or: Atsushi and Akutagawa are both famous musicians, who find themselves working together to create an album.)
