Summary
Arthur is angry when he learns that he is born of magic and that his Father sacrificed his Mother so he could have an heir. In this version of events, Merlin doesn't tell Arthur that Morgause lied to him. Arthur must confront his Father and face Camelot's history of discriminatory anti-magic policies head on, including his own role in them. All while he feels himself slowly drawn closer and closer to his manservant Merlin.
Meanwhile, Merlin must continue to keep his magic secret and work in the shadows for the better future with Arthur he's been promised is his destiny.

Summary

Summary
Henry and Julia Beauchamp were born and raised in London and they thought they would always raise their family there until Henry Beauchamp finds the perfect job in Scotland at "Broch Tuarach" a family-owned whiskey distillery. After accepting the job The Beauchamp's move to Lallybroch, a small town owned and managed by Brian Fraser and his wife Ellen.
Claire Beauchamp is their 10 year old daughter who is terrified to move to Scotland and leave her best friends and the only life she's ever known behind. She learns fairly quickly that Scotland has new friends to offer her when she meets the Fraser children, Willie who is 14, Jenny who is 12, and their younger brother Jamie, who is 10 just like her.
This will be a story of friendships, young and old, of growing up and learning hard lessons and finding your soulmate before you even understand what love is.
