Summary
After trial and error, Tobirama has managed to free Madara from the unknown entity’s control. However, they still don’t know what its insidious plan was - and they both sense that this isn’t over yet. But at least, Madara is free again. Or isn’t he?

Before he could stop himself, Tobirama hesitantly asked, “Can I … uh … check your head?”
While Madara shot him a rather surprised look, he didn’t disagree and even turned a bit so that Tobirama could examine the back of his head. His heart beating faster in his chest, Tobirama reluctantly extended his hand. He hesitated for a moment before he carefully moved Madara’s long hair a bit to the side so that he could see more. He absentmindedly noticed that Madara’s hair felt different than he had expected. He had assumed it would be as rough as Madara himself but instead it felt silky, almost soft under his touch. He winced when he realized that his thoughts had trailed off and he quickly focused on how Madara’s head felt under his fingers.Series

They invite the other Hashira, Sanemi among them, to the butterfly mansion where Sanemi is forced to face his own anger. And the worst of it all: A certain, dark-haired Hashira is also there and seems intent on making Sanemi lose his shit.

And before Sanemi had the chance to say something, Giyuu whirled around and fled the balcony and his lingering feelings. He slipped through the leaf door, hoping that the door falling shut would also shut out the strange feelings possessing his body and mind. Timid as a hare, Giyuu fled the butterfly mansion and only slowed down when it had disappeared behind the horizon.
But while he could leave the mansion behind, he could not escape his own mind and when he came home, slipped out of his haori and crawled into bed, Sanemi was with him for every step. And when Giyuu finally closed his eyes in a last, desperate attempt to get Sanemi out of his mind, Sanemi’s face was all he saw when he slowly drifted into a restless slumber. -

Summary
Obanai still keeps Mitsuri’s first letter under his pillow. As time passes without another sign from Mitsuri, he asks himself whether he should check on her - when suddenly another letter arrives. But this time, the letter is different. The handwriting is shaky, almost like Mitsuri has been in distress while writing it. And is that a teardrop in the corner of the paper?

Obanai swallowed hard when he saw a silver line running down her cheek. “Are you … are you alright?” he asked, his voice sounding hollow.
A somber smile appeared on Mitsuri’s face and she closed her eyes for a moment, her fair features illuminated by the light of the moon. “The stars are beautiful tonight.”
Obanai took another step towards her. She did not look at him and for a moment, he lifted his hand as if to reach for her. Then his hand sank down again and he looked at the ground. “You didn’t answer my question,” he said quietly.
And this time, Mitsuri turned around. Her green eyes darkened and she softly shook her head. “I don’t want to lie to you.” -

After a day of beating up demon slayers, Sanemi flees to get a break. Little does he know that the path he takes leads him to an even bigger menace – a certain Hashira who is firmly determined to win him over. And he is willing to use every weapon he can get his hands on, even if it is covered in red bean paste.

Giyuu’s unmoving face became more unsettling by the minute and Sanemi wanted nothing more than for him to vanish into thin air. But since he had never been the type to shy away from confrontation, he aggressively returned the stare while continuing to eat his soup, internally struggling not to choke on it. When he finally finished the bowl, his whole body felt hot and the nails of his left hand had dug deep into his skin. He felt something boiling in his stomach and he was not sure whether it was the soup or his rage. But since he was not about to show any weakness, he kept a straight face.

“You,” he hissed without thinking, his eyes narrowing at the unwelcome sight.
Tobirama Senju’s face twisted with repulsion when he recognized who he had run into. “Ah,” he said in a voice that sounded like as if he had stepped into something particularly gross. “Madara.”
Madara felt his anger grow at this disrespectful tone. Out of all the people that lived in this village, of course the only other one outside in the rain was the most insufferable person imaginable. “You should better watch where you’re going,” he growled, staring at Tobirama. “Or else you might one day have an … accident.”Series

Prompt: Swoon
Izuna laughed to himself and shook his head but Madara preferred to ignore his reaction. “In that moment, I really wanted to grab him and shake him,” he continued.
Izuna grinned at him. “And kiss him?”
“Yeah!” Madara blurted out before he realized what he had said. “I mean, no! Of course not. Izuna, don’t be silly, I’m not even sure that I like him.”
Izuna gave him a knowing look that triggered Madara even more. He barely noticed that he had started to speak quicker. “I mean, yes. He’s insanely hot and his mind makes him even more attractive. And he has the most gorgeous smile in the whole world but dude, that doesn’t mean that I like him!”
