Groggily getting up, his eyes scanned about the room, trying to ascertain his location. His breath hitched. He remembered this room vividly, this was the very same room his father had committed seppuku. Although Kakashi had somehow come to terms with it, waking up in this room wasn't his cup of tea at all. Staggering to the door, he was about to open it when the door slid open.
There, before him, was his younger self, staring up at him with those innocent onyx eyes.
"Dad? Are you okay?"
Kakashi froze. What the fuck?
Or...
Kakashi died in the Pein attack, and woke up in his father's body.

The day Hikari's father disappeared, she was thrust into a world she was never supposed to take part in. A world filled with pain, suffering and betrayal. Itachi Uchiha's eyes sparked fear, his loneliness evoked sympathy and his story inspired love. Hikari found herself a willing participant in his plans, selfishly clinging to him as he repeatedly asked her to let go. She knew what she was getting into from the start. That didn't stop her, and it didn't stop the pain.
