Stede saw Ricky draw his pistol, a sleek flintlock, he saw him aim it right at Izzy's chest, and Stede reacted before he could even truly comprehend what was happening. He jumped forward.
Right. In. Front. Of. Izzy.
"Izzy!" The gunshot sounded like a thunderclap, from such a close distance, and Stede barely had time to suck in a breath before it was punched out of him, the musket ball colliding with his ribs and forcing him to stagger back.

When they are escaping the Republic of Pirates and stumble across Prince Ricky, Ricky aims at Izzy, planning to shoot him, but Stede jumps in front of Izzy. He gets shot instead.

The door burst open and a familiar voice was heard, “Robby?! What the fuck is going on—” Jack shouted, having heard Robby scream for help, before coming to an abrupt stop, the sight before him resembling a nightmare, “—Jesus Christ.” He choked."

Gloria finds out that Dennis & Robby & Jack are together a few months before Dennis becomes an intern rather that med student, she says that she won't tell anyone but that if the higher-ups ever found out that Dennis would be fired immediately. So she suggests to be extra careful until Dennis is no longer a med student. Robby starts panicking that they will accidentally ruin Dennis's career, so he tells Jack they need to break up with him. Jack disagrees but Robby gives him an ultimatum--me or him. They break up with Dennis. A month goes by and Dennis isn't doing good, but it all comes to a head when a patient gets violent.

“So maybe it wasn’t the smartest idea for Buck to drive to Eddie’s house on a day he knew Eddie didn’t have a shift, during a time he knew Chris was at school. But…he needed to see Eddie. Needed to know that Eddie didn’t hate him—he wouldn’t accept any other outcome. So he hyped himself up and strode towards Eddie’s door, breathing deep to quell the anxiety bubbling up inside him. Each step felt heavy, like he knew he was walking towards his doom.”

After the lawsuit is dropped, Buck tries to talk to Eddie about why he did what he did and to get Eddie to understand. Eddie gets mad, freaks out on Buck and yells. Buck flashes back to his childhood and shuts down, completely disassociating. Eddie fixes it.

“You think I didn’t do everything I could to save him!” Buck hisses, his face screwing up in hurt and his teeth grinding together.
“I don’t know Buck, I wasn’t there. I wasn’t there, and you were, and he’s still dead. So did you? Did you do everything?!” Eddie yells, his face flushed red with rage.
“Of course I did,” Bucks voice breaks, “I tried. I tried, Eddie.”
“Yeah, you always try, and it’s exhausting.” Eddie sighs.

Buck and Eddie’s fight in the kitchen ends with Eddie calling Buck exhausting and implies Buck didn’t do enough to save Bobby, Buck runs out of the house, gets into a car accident, Eddie follows and finds him.

And as Buck watched the red brake lights of his Jeep disappear into the distance, clutching his prescription of blood thinners tightly to his chest... there was really only one thing left to do. Tilting his head back until he was staring at the stars, he took a deep breath and screamed into the night:
