Summary
Following the advice of her counselor after a stint in rehab, Natalie buys a house an hour outside of Wiskayok. She's not entirely sure how this translates to the entire team moving in with her, but it does.
(featuring: the epic highs and lows of cocaine addiction, a selectively mute Lottie Matthews, an actual acknowledgement of what happened to Travis on Doomscoming, Taissa and the horrors of being gay in the 90s, Van and the horrors of having a girlfriend who chooses employment over love, Shauna and the horrors of being Shauna, and... Misty!)

Summary
Jackie survives the first night of winter. Javi doesn’t.
With silence thick in the cabin and pity worse than the cold, Jackie volunteers to join Nat on a hunting trip. She doesn’t expect forgiveness. She doesn’t even expect meat. Just the chance to feel real again.
When a sudden blizzard injures Nat and traps them in a cave together, there’s nowhere left to run—not from the storm, not from the past, and not from each other.

Summary
"I love him!" Nat shoots up from the couch. "You wouldn't get it."
"What the hell does that mean?"
"You just... You only do hookups or short-term stuff. You never stick around with someone for long."
Lottie bites her tongue to keep from reminding Natalie just how long she's stuck around for their friendship, despite being forced to watch this train wreck of Nat's relationship like a masochist. Maybe Lottie would find someone to commit to if she could stay away from Nat long enough to forget she's been in love with her since freshman year of high school.
or
Lottie, in love with Natalie for the better part of ten years, takes Nat in during her most recent breakup with Travis. The only question is whether or not Nat is going to stay.

Summary
Natalie never expected to die a hero. She expected to die alone, coked out in the back of some shitty van, a victim to herself and her fucking impulses. Or, she expected to die in fear, victim to a hunt or a sacrifice to some stupid Wilderness God she doesn’t believe in. So, in some ways, maybe this is a plus:
Yay me, I guess. At least they can put ‘she tried’ on my gravestone.
But this doesn’t feel like a victory. All it feels like is cold. A cold, lonely death, buried in the snow and completely, entirely alone. A useless death. A death that no one will remember.
This is how she dies - not with a bang, but with a whimper.
And then she wakes up.
OR: Natalie never makes it to the mountain. A sudden blizzard claims her first. But when she opens her eyes, she's back to the day of the crash. This time, she’s determined to keep everyone alive - even if The Wilderness has other plans.
