“Nothing I’m not used to,” he mutters back, eyes tracing the small patch of stars exposed through the opening. “You okay?”
“You always ask me that, but I’m not the one hurting.”
“Not hurting,” Louis mutters, pulling him closer, fingers rubbing circles around the dimples on his lower back. Harry curls closer, on his side, sucks a small bruise under his jaw, tonguing his stubble. “S’not like before when I did this and you weren’t there. It’s easier when I’ve got you to come home too. Doesn’t hurt much anymore.”
Theirs is a story with borders. Stolen touches, secret kisses, relentless cycles of desperation and stolen time. Too young to waste all their years, and too old to deny themselves of each other, Harry and Louis meet again under summer stars. It's never really over, and it's never not love.

"Well that's the thing," Zayn replied, rubbing his face as he tried to phrase it. "It's just - it's actually… well," Zayn paused, then sighed. "Do you guys think lads would find me attractive?"

It started out with Louis taking up the whole couch on his own, Harry complaining and trying to push him off, and then, eventually, Harry just dumping himself fully on top of Louis. He’d expected to be shoved off as fast as he fell, but Louis just cursed and then rested back down. Too preoccupied with the telly to fight, Harry thinks, if he’s being reasonable. Too cuddly to say no, Harry tells himself, if he’s being wishful.

Harry and Louis are stuck in a hotel suite together watching the Euros 2020 final because they tested positive for Covid, and Louis is quite caught up in the game. Meanwhile, Harry is caught up in Louis.
