Summary
Jeongin couldn't help but stare, almost transfixed by the melodic swaying of a particular cage and the body inside it as the dancer finally turned in his direction. When they locked eyes, Jeongin was sure he saw God — the rest of the world seeming to disappear around him.
If he had more of his wits about him in the moment, he might've compared the feeling to being Circed at his first ritual the year prior with Jisung. Yet, all he could do was stare and watch the dancer in awe.
He wished he knew their name — knew what he so desperately wanted to tumble from his lips as he looked at them to ask for something, anything. What exactly, he wasn't sure. He just knew that he wanted to have his hands on them, if they'd let him, of course.
