Summary
After a summer spent at the Dursleys with little to no contact with the Wizarding World, Harry is exhausted. Neil gets a head injury that changes his mental stability. He is put on antipsychotic that causes him to become numb. After the Foxes recruit Neil's teammate in Milport and he's at the right place at the right time, he signs as well.
