Summary
He wanted Dream to know how much he thought about him and cared about him. Hob had begun thinking of Dream as a friend, at the very least. And refused to believe he’d stuck around this long otherwise.
The quiet shuffle of fabric and soft grunt of Dream obviously untangling himself from his seat, standing up, fills Hob with an anticipation that makes his lips curl widely, his teeth showing.
“Alright, Hob…” Dream says with what definitely sounds like a smile. “Direct me.”
