Danny pulls straight up and loops over the vehicle in the opposite direction, narrowly avoiding being caught in the neck spit out from the front of the vehicle.
The vehicle whines, gears screaming, as Jack yanks it up onto one side to make a U-turn. Cars honk and slam on the brakes, blocking an intersection.
When the Fentons said the family was heading to Gotham, this was not what Danny had in mind. Jazz would be there, at least, and between the two of them, they could probably rein in their parents before Gotham was wiped off the map.
Jack and Maddy Fenton might not be supervillains, but that’s more because they live in the Midwest and not a major city. Amity Park labels them Disturbers of the Peace, but they also want the Fenton Ghost tech. So, sacrifices.

A beat passed filled with genuine consideration, enough to make Hob’s heart leap, his weight shifting forward in his seat. “Tuesday, then.”
