Summary
Au where some of the "nice" variants are stuck in the main Marks dimension after the war instead of the wasteland. Allowing Maskless an opportunity to actually try and form some sort of relationship with main William. It's tense and awkward and leaves Maskless in a very confused state. The conflicting emotions have bubbled up to much for Maskless and he shows up at Williams apartment int he night hoping to resolve them with an out of pocket question. Hoping the rejection of him suddenly asking William out would do something to help him get over the complex feelings he has, but William also has his own issues with their dynamics and decided to give him a full Clockwell crashout.
First fic I've published in years I hope it's a good read <3
