Izzy took the rope in his hands, matching up the ends and using them to find the bight. When he had it, he wrapped it round the back of Frenchie’s neck.
“Use a good, strong knot that won’t move or tighten. And keep pressure on the back and sides of the neck, never the front.” He tightened his knot with a firm yank downwards, and sure enough it didn’t budge.
