"Every thread that forms me... was spun from a wish born of someone else's hunger. Or shall I say... the dream of others?"
The Cradle knows only fear and hunger. So we will let a small window for viewing to see if you could do something about it
Come in, take your seats. The viewing's only one or two clicks away. Why not watch a child and provide something else other than the two?
Strangers, mind your gazes, pretty please?

The Marriage Project. An ill-thought, ill-conceived, and all-notioned law passed by the joint efforts of the National Diet and the Hero Public Safety Commission to increase responsibility within their super-powered society; and likely the only true work either organization had done this fiscal year.
Izumi had already sworn an oath to herself that the first chance she got she was spitting on the prime minister's stupid face. Preferably televised.
Or, all of Japan's first-year hero candidates must engage in a nationally-mandated semester project involving a false marriage and gross invasions of student privacy.

Summary
The Underground of Tevyat, the Chasm.
Ever since the archons descended a long time ago, some humans with a very particular set of ambitions were selected to bear their blessings, serving as their disciples and enforcers. Those humans were named the Vision bearers, and they were as scary as they were beautiful.
Ever since the age of gods and their disciples began, the people who refused to acknowledge them began to rebel, attacking vision bearers with aggressive machinery; locking into a taxing war with the new rulers of the realm.
Even worse, the common humans managed to anger the gods, becoming sworn enemies and banished from the overworld.
The war had raged for years, but it all came to a stop when the humans managed to kill the hydro archon, Focalors.
The archon’s soul was torn apart, a cruel death that made even the other gods tremble. The sovereign of water, Neuvilette, tore apart countless armies in retaliation; his fury raged in the form of countless storms.Series
