Summary
Director William ‘Bill’ Metzger believes that preventing disaster is considerably more important than responding to it.
Peter Parker used to believe something similar.
But when Spider-Man infiltrates the Roosevelt Detention Center after discovering the truth about Sara Grey, the agency turns its experimental containment technology against him, leaving Peter incapacitated before he can reach Jean.
Metzger insists that the resulting imprisonment is necessary. Spider-Man has demonstrated poor judgment, acted upon an unfounded conspiracy, and endangered personnel responsible for protecting the public. Until his behavior can be brought under control, releasing him would constitute an unacceptable risk.
The medical research division, however, has become interested in more than his behavior.

Summary

Steve Rogers is one of HYDRA's best soldiers and with him handling the Winter Soldier nothing can stop HYDRA from going after SHIELD and burning it to the ground. But internal power-struggles between Rumlow and the Captain threatens the organization and when Brock decides to go after the Winter Soldier to get under Steve's skin, Steve snaps and turns to old enemies in order to get his revenge.
The Avengers are hesitant to let the two most lethal super-soldiers on their team but Steve and the Soldier doesn't really give them much of a choice.

"Something funny?" Johnny asked, in a bit of an accusatory tone.
"No no, I just don't uh do well in awkward silences." Peter felt his heart skip a beat, then thump, and thump again. He spent way too much time staring at Johnny and now he's super embarrassed. "God I'm such a loser." He thought looking down so Johnny doesn't see his pink face.
But Johnny noticed anyway and while Parker was trying to stare down Johnny got a good luck at him, his 'smart' clothes consisted of a science pun shirt and slightly baggy trousers, almost like it was an older siblings or something, but Johnny thought that was kinda cute, and Parker's hair was slightly overgrown and covered his whole face while he was facing to the floor. But it looked also quite fluffy, Johnny wanted to feel it, he moved a bit closer to Peter before stopping halfway through. "What am I doing?!" Johnny thought, before looking at the boy and blushing slightly. "God I'm such a loser." He thought assuming that he should probably get the boy to actually look up. "Uhhh Peter, you don't need to look down." Peter brings his face up, "Oh uh I'm sorry Mr Storm." Johnny didn't notice what Peter had said but he did like how perfectly imperfect Peter's faced looked.
