All the girls were comfortable with the rest of the boys. Jirou and Mina spent a surprising amount of time with Bakugou. Ochako and Momo spent time with Midoriya. Hagakure had a tight-knit friendship with Ojirou and Shouji. Basically all of them were friends with Todoroki, too.
He didn't mind spending most of his time with the boys but the girls all had really cool personalities and he thought he’d get along with them by now.

Summary
Hitoshi called Hizashi “papa” around a year into them being his foster parents. The adoption papers had been sent in around that time, too. It seemed so casual and like a no-brainer to Hitoshi – and while Hizashi cried for a while that night, something ached in Shouta’s chest.
And it ached more than ever because it had been over a year since then, Hizashi was still Papa, Hitoshi was officially their adopted son and yet, Shouta was still just that. Shouta.

Shinsou silently approached him with a can of beer, quirking an eyebrow. Nothing flashy, not a suspicious red solo cup. Just a can of beer. So it was his first – and only – drink of the night.
He doesn’t drink that often, as being a hero doesn't really allow for it, but he felt himself winding down, taking a second beer. Then a third. Then a fourth.
He really can’t handle his alcohol.
OR: Bakugou gets dragged to a New Years party planned by Mina. They think he would be a little shit when drunk, but it turns out he's the exact opposite.

His previous foster homes didn’t care enough about him to ever get him anything – but they did rub it in his face that villains don’t get presents because they’re bad. Bad like him, because he is a villain.
