augh rome my rome #myrome i need peach and me to drop soon so i can chew on even more of his character. i read the novel after the show and its so fucking interesting, im so interested in him as character the way the show approaches him (intentionally or not (i have my own thoughts about that but i digress)) and the way the book has him fleshed out. but this fic is the closest to the rome i picture in my head, insanely good character study if it was intended as one the scene between him and thee really was well written, the way thee tries to hold rome together is so reminiscent to what i do for my sibling. gorgeous piece of writing once again
