Summary
Hot Rod wonders if he's cursed by something he did in a previous life. Normal mechs don’t have to deal with the slag he gets put through—namely getting stranded on a Quintesson-occupied planet with no means of contacting home, encountering strange, mutilated Cybertronians seemingly built just to kill Quints, and being ordered to babysit said strange, mutilated Cybertronians.
All of this is to say that everything currently wrong with Hot Rod’s life can be attributed to the stray that followed him home: one maybe-empurata victim calling himself “Thunderclash”.
-
Before the Kaiju came to Earth, Thunderclash used to dream of being an astronaut, and after the longest two decades of his life, his boyhood dream has somehow come to fruition.
Sure, it’s been a bit more fraught than he’d imagined as a kid—what with him piloting a mecha instead of a rocket, helping giant robotic aliens fight off Kaiju, and dealing with a language barrier that has resulted in said aliens mistaking him for being one of them—but Thunderclash wouldn't give it up for the world.
Besides, with Hot Rod guiding him through these unfamiliar stars, Thunderclash thinks that everything'll turn out fine.

Summary
Rodimus was still struggling to believe this was real. He had to be dead or dreaming, surely, because there was no way he’d somehow found himself in berth with two of the most handsome speedsters he’d ever known bearing down on him.
To his left, hovering protectively half-over his frame, was Drift. His mouth had, up until a moment ago, been busy with Rodimus’s, their tongues laving over each other as they met in a messy kiss. He’d pulled back slightly to glare and growl at the other mech, even as his hand stayed busy below.
To his right, the source of Drift’s ire clearly trying to shoulder his slightly smaller counterpart out of the way, was Deadlock. Heavily armored and armed to the teeth, there was energon still dripping from his lips that were pulled into a fanged grin. He’d been gnawing at Rodimus’s energon lines just moments ago, and only paused to sass Drift.
-
OR: Rodimus finds himself caught between a rock (Drift, who would rather the other guy not be here) and a hard place (Deadlock, who would rather the other guy fuck off).

Summary
In the distant past, Drift had been accented in blacks and golds and reds and had gone by the name of Deadlock. And for all that the lighting of the bar made him look black and blue, for all that he was clad in the heaviest armor Rodimus had ever seen on a racer’s frame, for all that he looked nothing like Drift, Rodimus would know his best friend anywhere. Any time, heh.
He should’ve left it alone. He should’ve turned away, should’ve drunk his fill and fucked off until one of the Lost Light’s crew inevitably showed up to drag him home.
But then Deadlock had met his gaze, eyes bright and bold and red like a sunset, breaking through the blue to highlight the steely gray of his cheeks. And maybe Rodimus would’ve had the strength to leave it be, to let it go, if not for the way Deadlock’s optics had roved over Rodimus’s frame, the way Deadlock’s derma pulled into a smirk, exposing one sharp fang.
-
Through Brainstorm-related shenanigans, Rodimus gets time traveled into the distant past… With nothing else to do, he flirts with Deadlock, gets his world rocked, and then goes home and has to avoid looking Drift in the eyes.

Summary
A sudden upheaval, an unexpected change, chaos and destruction and tragedy.
From one perspective, at least.
-
When Sentinel Prime’s younger son, Rodimus Prime, is stolen from the palace by a great and powerful dragon, Sentinel makes the decision to elevate over a thousand citizens of Iacon into an order of knights and sends them on a quest: bring him his son, safe and unharmed, and the head of the beast whole stole him away in the first place. To whichever knight succeeds in this endeavor, Sentinel Prime promises a boon.
Ratchet did not expect to be picked as one of these so-called ‘knights’. Nor did he expect that, when finally confronted with the dragon in question, that he would be reunited with someone he never thought he'd see again.

Summary
Deadlock despises going through heats. He despises them so ardently that he’s ruined his body with suppressants and can no longer even go through heats. In his opinion, this is for the best. He doesn’t experience a horrific loss of control and never again will beg for something he doesn’t want. Never again will anyone be able to use his body’s desires against him.
Hot Rod’s systems are sort of weird. It means his heats are pretty irregular and, more importantly, he never remembers a thing about them. The mystery of what he gets up to during his heats is sometimes a little… concerning. But Hot Rod doesn’t think too hard about it and doesn’t want to think too hard about it. He’s fine. It’s fine! So long as he knows who he was with, it doesn’t bother him at all. And he’ll just ignore the handful of times he doesn’t know.
Got all that? Good! Anyways—
Hot Rod goes into heat in a Decepticon cell. Deadlock finds him, but only after a couple ‘Cons have gotten to him first.

Summary
Rodimus jolted when the door opened, almost getting whiplash from how fast he turned his helm. The speedster could not will himself to get off of where he was seated; but that didn't stop the individual from entering the room. They had a mech-like silhouette, only reaching the speedsters chassis if Rodimus were to stand.
"I found you." The mech spoke, voice slightly garbled as if struggling to speak.
