Summary
Chloe is in the hospital recovering from her poisoning, and Lucifer makes the impulsive decision to tell her that she's a miracle. The next totally logical step is for him to convince a doubting Chloe that he's the Devil.
Set in season 2, at the end of "A Good Day to Die," except that Lucifer doesn't leave, and there's no Candy Morningstar.

Chloe tiene que practicar sus técnicas de respiración camino al coche. Lucifer se ve bien con vaqueros y camiseta. Demasiado bueno para su propio bien. Obviamente, es guapo con todo, y elegante con sus trajes impecables, y fácilmente podría ser modelo —por alguna razón, se lo imagina recostado medio desnudo en las fotos—, pero hay algo en su humilde atuendo que lo hace parecer un niño, incluso un friki. Experiencing the Hell loop left an impact on Lucifer, keeps getting flashbacks of sorts to Uriel, killing him, bloody habds, hearing Uriel talking when well. He ded.
Lucifer is not handling things™Sigh. Misunderstanding. Chloe left the hospital and didn't bother informing Lucifer. Lucifer arrived to find her gone, and thinks that means she's hiding from him, tried to stop things before she decides she doesn't want him in her life, period
Hallucinations/flashbacks continue
Hitting him hardSpiraling out of control but keeping face in front of Chloe and technically the others are unaware as they haven't seen him

Welp, she hasn't really noticed as Lucifer is good at masking and distracting and she's also fighting denial at the fact he's proving to her he's not human (I can see her deciding to agree that fine he isn't human but he's not the devil) and also the confusion of emotionsContinuous misunderstanding as Lucifer thinks her reactions are because she's struggling to deny he's the Devil, when in reality it seems like Chloe isn't even paying a lot of attention to dealing with that and her reactions are due to her emotions about him and being confused if he really cares about her or not and so on
SO MANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM
She finally accepted Lucifer ain't human, but his self loathing showed hard but she misunderstood it and thought the revulsion was towards her, not himself

Now, and only now, is it clear to him the best way forward. He needs to make her wait. His trip to London will help with that. And he needs to piss her off. Well, he needs to piss her off again. His trip should help with that, too. If she manages to stay away… If she stays away and stays angry… An angry Detective staying away then telling him off when he seeks her out is a definite sign of free will.He wishes he could feel satisfied, but instead, an uncomfortable pang hovers around his chest.
