"You don't get to just disappear on me!" Katsuki snarled, face inches from Izuku's. "Almost two months, Deku! Two fucking months of radio silence! I thought something happened to you, I thought—"
"If something happens to my baby, I will fucking kill you!" The words exploded out of Izuku before he could stop them.
"Kacchan!" Izuku lunged forward, grabbing his shoulders. "Breathe! Kacchan, breathe!"
Katsuki gasped, sucking in air like a drowning man. Izuku ran to the kitchen, grabbed a glass of water, shoved it into Katsuki's shaking hands.
"Drink. Slowly. That's it."
Katsuki drank, eyes still wide and unfocused. When he finally lowered the glass, his voice came out hoarse: "You're what?"
OR: UA Teacher Izuku Midoriya got pregnant. That's it, that's the plot.

Summary
Katsuki doesn’t mean to fit the crook of his neck right against Izuku’s, but they slide together anyway.
The press of their scent glands sends a jolt from his neck prickling through the rest of his body. The feeling fills him to the brim, then it engulfs him: an empty pit, gnawing away from the inside out. It burns hot and sears through his nerves, and for a moment all he sees is red. Saliva floods behind his fangs, and his skin buzzes where they’re connected.
Katsuki is tired of pretending he doesn’t smell the odd twist in Izuku’s scent. Harbored secrets lead to whims that go against everything they’ve done to stay friends despite expectations, and whims lead to new promises.

“We tried, and it didn’t work. Please don’t be upset.” Izuku cringes as he says it. It’s so mean. Hypocritical of him, really, when he can feel the muscles of his heart tearing.
“Whatever.” Katsuki snaps, looking away. He won’t meet his eyes. “Fuck off, then.”
Izuku feels his lip twitch, and swallows. He won’t rise to it. Katsuki doesn’t know how to deal with emotions that aren’t anger; he needs to be angry, he needs a fight, to understand.
The room tilts on its axis as Katsuki ducks his head.
The world stops; because Katsuki starts to cry.

Izuku and Katsuki don’t much care for PDA. Izuku doesn’t like the attention, far too anxious and self-conscious and insecure to lace his fingers with Katsukis while they walk or offer a cheek kiss in goodbye when he leaves the dorms for training. And Katsuki has never been one for physical touch. Only Izuku can ever really get away with brushing skin against skin or running crooked fingers through blond spikes. In the privacy of their dorm rooms they have no trouble finding the warmth of each other's safe embrace or the slide of lips against lips. But those affections are not and never will be for the eyes of others.
