Summary
Jaehyun didn’t particularly want to dance. He’d spent years already getting off of work and coming to this same bar. He remembered when it was exciting, a good way to blow off steam and get a little buzz before going to the main event for the night, whatever club or underground party they were going to stumble out of before dawn. He’d only come out to the pre-game tonight because Doyoung had said Jungwoo wanted to go. Jungwoo still looked around all the places that Jaehyun used to love with sparkling eyes. Jaehyun didn’t particularly want to dance, but he did want to dance with Jungwoo.
Jaehyun lives and plays in San Francisco, even though the scene has lost it's luster. Jungwoo comes into his life and into his friend circle. He flirts with everyone, loves everything, and Jaehyun catches feelings he didn't know he could have any more. Jungwoo wants to drink, dance, and be tucked into bed by 1. Jaehyun wants to be the one to take him there.

What was distance to a declaration like that, to the warmth in Johnny’s gaze and the way he sighed when Ten kissed him and said:
“Alright, then be with me.”
