Amanda puts down the book she's been unable to concentrate on for half an hour and turns her gaze to Max. Hands, previously flicking through a series of fresh photos on her camera, pause, and Max asks, confused:
"Taking photos?" making it clear that the thoughts Amanda found overwhelming and pressing had been confined to her mind this entire time and hadn't affected surroundings in any way. Or maybe Max was way too into pictures again and didn't hear Amanda call out to her.
"No," tucking her legs, wrapped in a small blanket, Amanda leaning sideways against the back of the sofa in Hellerton House. "Rewind time."

I changed the Abraxas party events a little - Max and Chloe end up trapped in absolute nightmare blunt rotation territory until Chloe literally sacrifices herself so Max can get her rewind powers back. Max rewinds, saves her, and is now unbelievably pissed at Chloe for pulling a heroic self-sacrifice move like she’s in a season finale. The walk home is basically just Max being emotionally constipated and Chloe trying not to say the wrong thing for twenty straight minutes. Which, naturally, completely changes once they finally get back to Hellerton House ;)

Will she be able to move on and win Amanda back? Or will miscommunication and the return of past insecurities continue to haunt her?
